Please note that we can only reserve your entrance slot at the monuments once the booking payment is received.
The cancellation policy of the official site management company, Parques de Sintra (www.parquesdesintra.pt), recommends paying an additional 12% fee as insurance. This allows ticket cancellation until 11:59 PM on the day before your scheduled visit.

General Cancellation Policy:
The full tour amount will be refunded for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the tour start time.

Off the Beaten Path: Sintra’s Hidden Trails

Explore a more secluded and scenic side of Sintra. Walk through quiet forest paths from the Chalet of the Countess to the Capuchos viewpoint.

Enjoy lunch by the beach, with the option to visit Sintra’s historic center afterwards for some shopping and exploration.

Then discover the exotic Monserrate Palace and park before returning to Lisbon along the Atlantic coastline.

Ticket Refunds:

This is a “go with the flow” tour. None of the paid-entry sites require advance slots as you can buy tickets at the entrance. This tour is ideal for those who want to visit Sintra in a relaxed way, or for those who have already been to Sintra before. Apart from the restaurant reservation, nothing else needs to be booked in advance. You can even decide on a wine tasting at one of the two cooperative wineries. I’d say this tour is a bit of a work in progress.

Sergio was a wealth of information. Fabulous driver. Kind. Professional. Accommodating.

Sergio is very knowledgeable about the history of the area. I would have liked to spent more time in the villages and less time in the castle, but I’m not sure how that could be possible.
